Privacy Policy

This app is designed for children learning to read and write Tamil, English, and Hindi through letter and word tracing. Protecting the privacy of every user — especially children — is a priority. This policy explains exactly what information the app handles, and what it does not.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The app does not require or ask for any of the following, ever:

• Name, email address, or any account sign-in — the app has no login system of any kind
• Location data
• Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera access
• Advertising identifiers for behavioral/targeted advertising

2. Information Stored On Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only, using standard app storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted to us and stays on the device unless the app is uninstalled:

• Tracing progress and stars earned for each letter/word (Normal Mode and Game Mode progress are stored separately)
• App settings — night mode, sound/music volume, selected language
• Whether the introductory tutorial has been completed
• Whether a premium purchase has been made (see Section 4)

3. Crash and Diagnostic Data (Firebase Crashlytics)

The app uses Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, to automatically collect crash reports and basic diagnostic information (device model, OS version, app version, and the technical details of what caused a crash) if the app unexpectedly closes. This is used solely to find and fix bugs, and is not linked to any personal identity. Crash reporting is disabled in development/debug builds and only active in the released version of the app.

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time "Premium" purchase to unlock additional content. All payment processing is handled entirely by the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store) and, for purchase verification, RevenueCat. We never see, collect, or store your payment card details — those are handled directly by Google/Apple's own secure payment systems. RevenueCat receives only the purchase receipt needed to confirm your entitlement; see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.

5. Advertising

This app does not currently display any advertisements. If advertising is added in a future update, this policy will be updated in advance to disclose the ad network used and what data (if any) it collects, in compliance with Google Play's Families Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is designed for and directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The only data leaving the device at all is anonymous crash/diagnostic data (Section 3) and purchase receipts for verification (Section 4), neither of which identifies an individual child. Parents/guardians should be present for in-app purchases, which require explicit confirmation before any transaction.

7. Third-Party Services

This app relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reporting
• RevenueCat — purchase verification
• Google Play Store / Apple App Store — payment processing

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
